10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by MA and CT law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Liability is limited to the scope of services provided
11. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify Blue Real Estate LLC against claims arising from:
- Misrepresentation
- Breach of agreements
- Failure to disclose material facts
12. Record Retention
We maintain transaction records in compliance with:
- Massachusetts recordkeeping laws
- Connecticut real estate record retention requirements
13. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by:
- The laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, or
- The laws of the State of Connecticut, depending on transaction location
14. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- Legal or ethical violations occur
- Client cooperation is not maintained
- Misrepresentation is discovered
